What this covers
Off-highway machines do heavy, repetitive, and often dangerous work in labour-short industries. We make them remotely operable and, where the task allows, autonomous — without replacing the machine.
- Construction — excavators for trenching and grading, wheel loaders for load-and-carry.
- Mining & tunnelling — tunnel boring machine support, load-haul-dump cycles, work in areas unsafe for people.
- Agriculture — tractors and implements for tillage, seeding, spraying and transport passes.
How we work
- Machine and site survey. Hydraulics, control interface, sensing gaps, terrain, connectivity, and the regulatory picture.
- Retrofit. Perception (lidar, camera, GNSS/INS), actuation for existing controls, an edge compute stack, and a teleoperation link with remote e-stop.
- Teleoperation first. An operator runs the machine from a safe station while we build the data and confidence for autonomy.
- Supervised autonomy. The machine runs bounded task cycles on its own; one operator supervises several machines.
- Operate and hand over. Monitoring, exclusion-zone enforcement, audit logs, and a maintenance plan.

Common questions
Do you build new machines?
No. We work with the fleet you already own — adding perception, actuation and control to existing excavators, loaders, TBMs and tractors rather than asking you to replace them.
Is full autonomy realistic?
For repetitive, bounded tasks — trenching passes, load-haul-dump cycles, field tillage — supervised autonomy is realistic now. We are direct about which parts still need an operator.
What about safety certification?
Risk assessment, exclusion zoning, remote e-stop and audit logging are part of every retrofit. We work to the site's regulatory requirements from the first survey.
