Physical AI / Tokyo
Physical AI,engineered in Japan.
日本の現場に、確かなフィジカルAIを。
From a simulated cell to a machine that earns its place on the site — humanoids, excavators, tractors and more. We take automation the last, hardest mile.

The gap is not the machine. It is the site.
Building a machine that works in a demo is one problem. Making it dependable at a customer's site — with real lighting, real clutter, real edge cases, and staff who have a job to do — is another. Naxar exists for the second problem. We are a Tokyo-based Physical AI team that carries projects from evaluation through to daily operation.
We work in one disciplined loop — simulate, generate, learn, evaluate, deploy, improve — and we do not declare a deployment finished until it holds up on the site without us standing next to it.

Services
Six practices that take a machine from evaluation to dependable daily operation on a Japanese work site.
Humanoid & robot deployment
End-to-end integration of humanoids and mobile manipulators into working sites — from hardware selection to the point where the robot runs a shift without supervision.
- Humanoids
- Mobile manipulation

How an engagement runs
One route, three stages. You always know what comes next and what it costs.
診断—Discovery
Two weeks on site. We map where the hours go and record the edge cases a demo never shows.
構築—Build
A working pilot in the first month, not a slide deck. Agreed metrics for success, cycle time and recovery.
運用—Operate
We stay on the tools — monitoring, tuning, failure capture — then a documented handover to your team.

Why Naxar
The demo is the easy 20%. We are built for the 80% that decides whether a machine actually stays switched on at a customer's site.
Vendor-neutral
We recommend the hardware that fits the task — including conventional automation, or no machine at all, when that is the honest call.
We stay on the tools
Monitoring, tuning, and failure capture continue after go-live. A deployment is not done until it holds without us next to it.
Made in Japan
The people who survey your site build the system and stand beside it during ramp-up. Engineering and data work stay domestic.

What is Physical AI?
Physical AI is artificial intelligence that perceives and acts in the physical world — robots, manipulators, and autonomous machinery such as excavators, tunnel boring machines, drill-floor handlers and tractors that handle real objects and tasks, rather than software that only processes data. Naxar focuses on making these systems reliable enough for daily industrial use.
Where is Naxar based?
Naxar is based in Tokyo, Japan. Our engineering, deployment, and data-generation work is carried out domestically, and we work primarily with construction, mining and tunnelling, oil and gas, agriculture, logistics and manufacturing operators in Japan.
Which machines do you work with?
We are vendor-neutral. We integrate humanoids, mobile manipulators and industrial arms; we retrofit heavy equipment — excavators, tunnel boring machines, wheel loaders, haul trucks and tractors; and we automate drill floors and refinery inspection. We help clients choose hardware rather than pushing a single platform.
How does an engagement start?
It starts with a free consultation. You describe the task, the site, and the constraints; we assess feasibility and propose a pilot with clear success metrics before any large commitment.

Tell us where the hours go
Send a short description of the task, the site, and any constraints. We reply within two business days — with a candid read, not a sales pitch.
- A straight answer on whether it is feasible with today's hardware
- A rough timeline and cost band to plan around
- A recommended first step — usually a scoped pilot with clear metrics
